Yes, I have a case started with Customer Care as of this week. Why I had to start it and if it will get the ball rolling is yet to be seen. In my opinion, there really should be some automatic escalation, say if the Jeep is in the shop 14 days, it gets escalated to corporate and THEY call the customer to apologize, check in, and give a status update. Anyway, I did open a case this week.
As of today there is a request in, but no confirmation, to get a field tech to go look at the Jeep. We'll see.
