New 2018 JLU- Can I install automatic headlights with the stock halogen lights?

Can I install automatic headlights on my JLU 2018? I dont want any permenant mods but something so that I wont forget to turn them on around dusk (should be simple to rememeber but not for me lol)

I'd like to know that myself.

I like to drive w/my headlights on in the day time, and especially when off road.

You'd be surprise how it helps the other driver to see you.

You notice a vehicle much sooner w/their headlights on vs. not.

I believe in Canada, they are required by law, to be always on.

@linskyaz; @GoHack; I have a JLU Sport S with the halogens and I have automatic headlights...so I’m sure it’s doable. Not sure what parts you need though...I imagine just the sensor, the switch, wiring for at least the sensor (maybe...just maybe the switch harness is pre-wired), and maybe a computer flash.

Don’t you have an auto selection on your dial?

nope, my model didnt come with that unfortunately.

Ah...I see. I’m not sure about an aftermarket solution...but if you find one, be sure to update everyone...I may not need it, but it’d be nice to know if it exists or not.
