What happened to the Rubi will take 35" wheels without a lift?

They may be required to say that because there is slight rubbing in the most strenuous of axle flexing with full size 35s. There’s a couple of YouTube vids showing it. You’d have to be pushing it to its limit though.

It's in the Alpine stereo upgrade. Also includes acoustic windshield. Verification? I'll look it up.
