Anyone else nervous to order a 2024 with the possibility of a UAW strike...I would hate to order now and have my Jeep being built and then get halted in the middle of a build only to come back in a few weeks/months when the strike is over and the workers forgetting which bolts are still left to install....
On a more serious note! My 2010 4 door Rubicon JK was unfortunately totaled a few months back. Had less than 100K miles and still was in GREAT condition. My previous Jeep before that was a 2002 TJ. I am now going through all the options on the new JL's and feel that the 4XE would be perfect for me as my daily commute is only 12 miles roundtrip.
Wish Jeep would allow some more customization in the ordering. I want another Rubicon but would like to get the leather seats with the non matching fenders and hardtop. Looks the Rubicon X adds all the options and even quiets the cabin a little more with a hardtop headliner and some acoustic glass so that is something for me to consider as well.
These new Jeeps look like a big step up from the JK's so really excited to drive one! This forum has been a great help with understanding all the options so thanks to you all.
