I was thinking about putting a lift kit on my 2018 JLU Rubicon . Need some advice on 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 lift kit. I already have 35's & rims with a -18 offset on the jeep now. What is the best one to use & how bad does it mess the ride up ?

Hello!

I highly recommend checking out the Lift Kit Options thread after this (https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...lift-kit-suspension-options-master-list.3690/) but here are my recommendations

JKS Makes a really solid kit for the price that offers everything you need to keep it riding better than factory (not so much sway and better off road feel) since they include a track bar in the kit, and shocks.

Teraflex really does an excellent range of kits including shock spacers, all the way up through their Falcon Shocks (or we can do any shock you want) but you will need to add a trackbar to their kits since they dont include them (so that ups the price)

Rock Krawler is doing awesome stuff as usual, and is in the same league as Teraflex, but they use different materials for their Control Arm bushings and sometimes heim joints. This may cause more NVH.

If you have any questions or need help order a kit with a deal, let me know!

On the JLUR you do not need a lift to run 35s. If you want a lift, I would go with a budget boost or 2 inch lift. Anything larger and the tires will look funny.

Nice rig, I have essentially the same one, how do you like the soft top, I am debating getting one.
Only have a soft top, but I'm happy with it it's the non premium top and its not that loud you hear more road noises but not nearly as bad as older Jeeps that I have had
