Need help pls with soft tip issue

Hello everyone
I removed my soft top for jl to fix a hole in it and back it back on....but when i try to open front latches and bend it on the back without releasing rear latch the rear end bents back and i cant fully fold the soft top to the point where it goes fully to the back of the vehicle and heres a pic....
Need your help asap ty
