I have the 2018 Sport S JL with the 245 17inch rims on my Jeep now. I’m looking to purchase the 255 18inch rims for my Sport. Will I have any problems or will they fit fine? Thx.

If they are off a Sahara no problem if they are aftermarket make sure the bolt pattern is correct.
