View attachment 153952 Hey there! Thanks for clicking the thread as I am in need of brains to pick!

I am installing a 3.5” crawler short arm kit on a 2018 2 door JL.

As with any lift I’m going to need tires! I want to install 37’s, but I am unsure of what process I will need to go through in order to install that size tire and lift.

Can you throw 37’s on the new JL and rock n roll?

Or will I need to re-gear and strengthen the driveline?

Thanks guys!

Awesome! Sounds like This setup could work!

Thanks roky, I’ll look into the tazer calibration

Hey OB! The Jeep is a 2.0 turbo And the lift I’m installing is from rancho

We almost got that engine but we ended up going with a V6. I really liked the way it ran but my boss wanted NA.

I'm going with the rock krawler 3.5" mid arm X Factor kit I think. I wonder what the difference is between the two??

I really dig on that orange! I have a couple dirt bikes that would look killer on a hitch carrier behind your jeep lol!!

Geez, I'm such a cosmetic whore!!!

That lift is for a 4 door and has been known to provide more than 3.5" of lift. Not sure if they have a 2 door version yet. If you go much higher than 3.5" in actual lift you might have to address other things like trackbars, steering, and with a 2 door, the front driveshaft.

You probably have your answer but I wanted to chime in. I have the 3.5” Teraflex ST3 lift with 37’s. Recalibrated the speedo and, yup, rock and roll!!!
Drives great! No re-gear
