Need Advice guys!! 2020 Wrangler Sport

Hey everyone! So I’m looking into buying a newish Sahara or Sport depending on the package. I found one and drove over an hour to check it and the guy wouldn’t budge on the price.
I do want this exact style with a lift kit and different rims and tires but I think this is a little steep for a used one with 11,000+ miles. Thoughts?

Also is a 4 banger going to be enough with those tires???? Thinking I might need a 6cyl.

lol nooo no no! Haven’t bought it and I’m not going to! Just needed some reassurance that I wasn’t crazy, lol! I turned it down because the dealership wouldn’t budge a $1 on the price.

So the consensus is all of the above is bad?
