Nav Send me to Wrong Place

Anyone else having issues with the Nav taking you to the wrong place?

I have a 2019 JLUR (less than 4 weeks since I picked it up) and visiting my sis-in-law in El Paso. Since I don’t know the area I use the Nav a lot and it takes me to incorrect addresses, and these aren’t new areas of town. On multiple occasions it has directed me to a place that is over a mile from the inputted address. Finally had to put it in my phone to get to the store my wife was looking for. It seems to do fine on main roads, but once you get off it just gets you to the general area even with a specific address.

I love my Jeep and had really missed having one, but I just wish they could get UConnect to operate correctly. I keep having sound drop in some or all speakers, buttons not working (can’t turn up or down volume or switch screens), USB2 freezing up the whole system and the Nav taking you to incorrect addresses. I had the Alpine UConnect System in my Scat Pack also and had all these similar problems for years. I had just hoped that after 1/2 a decade that I’ve been dealing with UConnect that all these bugs would be worked out. Our Sync system in our Raptor gives us far fewer issues. It only has voice recognition problems
