Consider Seat Jackers from
https://desertdoesit.com/
I have lower back pain, and these made my 2dr JL seats the most comfortable seats (out of my 3 cars).
Before going that route, I'd suggest jacking the seat up pretty far and then adjusting foward/backward tilt and then lumbar.

Unless it's my imagination, raising the seat higher seems to adjust the pitch of the seat bottom a bit, raising it higher near the knees, which really seemed to help the back pain I was getting by not being able to sit in a comfortable posture.

Think the Desert Does It Seat Jackers accomplish the same thing, by lifting the front of the seat bottom higher than the rear, but likely a far bit more.
