I thought she was talking about people feeling entitled to disregard the law and drive in the left lane, the PASSING lane, as slow as they want lol.And I see that there are some people who don't understand that entitlement encompasses when one person thinks they "own" a certain lane of traffic. In truth, courtesy dictates being considerate of others by yielding to faster moving traffic and that ultimately, safety is more dependent on yielding than being obstinate about said ownership.
