Wow. I've been in a few accidents but that sounds terrifying. So glad everything turned out ok. Seems like you are very lucky.

Too bad you don't have a Rubicon. You probably wouldn't have rolled. I kid.

Wow, that's amazing you came out of that so well - you could've died.
Fricking people in a hurry - was it really that important to pass that it's worth risking someone's life? Grrrr, I hate that.

Came to write a post about how much fun I had with my Jeep today - then saw this.

First, thank God you’re okay! Sounds horrific and the photos you posted look scary. Having been in a bad accident myself years ago, I wish it on no one.. especially the lasting pain and scars they can leave.

Second, have fun while you can and enjoy life - I’m sure you weren’t expecting anything like that to happen... and it came out of no where. Always does. Being a bunch of Jeep folks, I think we know how to enjoy life though.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and I hope you can get a new Jeep ASAP (assuming it’s totaled)!

I find myself more and more having to pull over and let a dangerous tailgating drivers have their way. Happened today and witnessed Karma....... a few miles up the road was a police officer and the car that was up my A$$ got stopped for speeding after i got out of their way.

I try to stay out of the left lane. Even if your going 75 in a 65, its never fast enough. Crazy rude drivers will try to intimidate by being less than a car length from your bumper. I only use the left lane when the right lane is extremely slow and no one is in the left lane.......get around and get back over before some idiot is riding my bumper.

Glad to see the roll cage passed the test!

Can you verify if the drifting in the steering is still there now?

Joking. Rolling is scary. Really glad you’re okay.

Did you lose control when the guy hit you or did you try to avoid him, hit dirt, and lost it, and then went back into him? If the latter, you learned a lesson. You drive a big jeep on big tires with lots of metal weight...you can take an impact A LOT better than trying to swerve away from one. If something like this happens again, or an animal jumps out, hold the wheel nice and tight and take the hit....you will suffer MUCH less damage/risk if you take the hit instead of swerving. Obviously that doesn't apply to something like a head on, but an animal or a one way highway situation, you're better off taking the hit.
