This will be a slow process for me. First Jeep. 2020 wrangler sport with the 3.0 ecodiesel. Had a 4 door Badlands Bronco reservation placed until I knew the wrangler could be had with a Diesel engine. This is my first “fun” vehicle, as most others were daily drivers for work and that was it. Had it 9 weeks and got 1950 miles on it. Love the fuel mileage! Anyway, here’s a pic stock, and a list of what I plan on modding.

i have a 4.5” Evo enforcer lift with Bilstein 5100s on the Way for a lift.

vision nemesis 17x9 matte black wheels on 37” BFG KM3s

Gonna see how much of a deal I can get on some RSE Steps this black Friday from Northridge. They tell me it’ll be worth it.

quadratec bumpers, front and back with warn Evo wi

i ordered all LED bulbs to replace In the front, coming from Oracle.

Inside, I did weather tech floor mats all around, and my seat covers from PRP should be here next week.

First exterior “mod” is a set of decals from Pixie. Don’t hate lol. I dig them.

Nice, I went with the EVO stage 4 lift 2.5” lift which can go up to 4.5“ with different springs or spacers. Are you going with a new front drive shaft to get that lift to work?

The shop that’s doing the lift wheels and tires (Maximum Elevation in Paris,TX) hasn’t mentioned needing a new driveshaft. Maybe I need to look into this.

Website says no need for new drive shaft. I am just curious because I read on some lifts they need a new front shaft. Here is a pic of mine on 2.5”, notice the angle.

Gotcha ok. Yeah I saw that on the site as well. I feel a little better lol. If I needed I’d get it, but was just making sure it wasn’t something the shop had missed. They seem to know their stuff. Do lots of SEMA builds each year. Over the top stuff. I just want mine lifted and able to do some off reading if I see fit.

i'm on a 3.5" gamechanger lift and i'd say the driveshaft is a necessity.

I destroyed the boot on my front driveshaft the first time i wheeled with my 3.5 Rock Krawler lift. Just wheel it and if it breaks then upgrade. That's my philosophy anyway.

And nice rig!

Nice Jeep but at 4.5" I would say you need a drive shaft as well unless you are only going onroad.
If and when I’d need to replace it, what model? I would eventually like to do some crawling with it, not sure when or where. Never done any type of offroading. Thanks

Here’s daytime pics of the decals. Once again I ordered with light gray outline because I wasn’t sure if the dark Gray would show up vs the granite. I’m still happy with the purchase. Now to blow some money this weekend lol

4.5" lift is going to really push that drive shaft to it's limit but if you are only mall crawling it you will be fine since the front axle disconnect keeps the front driveshaft from spinning in 2WD.
I would expect that boot to tear pretty quickly with a 4.5" lift while off roading. Like the other guy said just wheel it until it tears and then replace with the Adam's 1310 or 1350. I have a 1350 sitting on my work bench going on the Jeep tonight since my stock shaft is pretty much toast and was making quite a racket last wheeling trip.

Got the RSE step sliders in today. Installed the sliders themselves, had multiple issues with having to file body mount bolts to make room for the brackets. Took me 5 hours to install both sides. Not counting the body mount drama, would’ve been probably 2 1/2. Left Jeep in the shop. Gonna do wiring tomorrow. I’ll take pics then. Also gonna install new switchback bulbs for DRL in the fenders from oracle. Got the LED 3rd brake light, smoked out turn signals and the blackout taillights. They’re on the way.
