My basic sport has passive entry antenna already installed?

I removed some of the carpet that is behind the front seats that's on the tub wall (2018 JL sport 2-door manual windows, manual locks) and found a couple of black boxes attached to the wiring harness. Looked up one of them and found it to be Mopar part number 68071978AA... "Antenna-Passive Entry".
Does this mean that all I have to do is buy the door lock actuators and a transmitter?
Weird that the antenna is installed. Probably cheaper to include them in every harness?
