I honestly don’t remember where I bought them but it wasn’t on-line. It may have been at a parts store, they are just generic fillers. I have had them about 5 years. Sorry I can’t provide any more info.

If you drive off pavement I think it is essential to have front mud flaps to keep rocks from pelting your rear door hinges and rear fenders.

1st mod should be taking it out on a trail and getting some experience in the drivers seat off road. It will tell you what you need next. Listen to all the scraping sounds and upgrade those areas, or make it so they don't scrape anymore.

Locker bypass... if you have a locker
Tazer JL Mini... if you have a Rubicon
Or JScan and ELM ODB tool for lower trim levels.
Tail gate interior release mod... if you plan on camping in the back.

I don't call this one a mod, but it sure acts like one...
A Covosun mesh sun shade. You can remove the screen and reinstall it within a minute, once initial installation is completed. It's the only sun shade that the screen is removable from its tie down structure. You can leave it off when freedom panels are installed and very quickly (less than 20 seconds) install it when they are removed.

Most of what you have listed and others have stated are not must do in my opinion.

Recommendations in order of price/simplicity/impact

1. Really good floor mats and a cargo mat. Weathertech or whatever. Really makes a difference.
2. Driver side seat side heavy duty flashlight holder and heavy duty flashlight.
3. A simple screen protector film for your dash screen. You can find one on Amazon. I helped a buddy install a front camera a couple weeks ago and we took off his front screen. He has a 2019 and his screen was marked up significantly.
4. Front mud flaps. I wheel a lot and get fewer dings and less dirt on my rig than my peers. Unless of course you want the mud on your sides. Rock Blokz (for ease of removal) or Weathertech (best looking)
5. A front windshield film. I had one for 2.5 years and 30,000 miles before getting a ding. Highly recommended and easy to install (if you like that sort of thing). I find this especially important if you have the safety package that requires recalibration on windshield replacement. The film was getting old after 2.5 years and I got a small crack on the passenger side, so I took it off. Still haven't had to replace a windshield in 36,000 miles and almost 3 years.
6. 30' tow strap, 2 D-rings and 2 soft shackles. You just never know.

Personaly, I think you just drive and experience your Jeep as is. Get the feel for it and your driving style. Then, depending on your driving off road habit start to modify for protection.

My favorite mod has by far been fender chop with sequential turn signal. Cleans up front so much, especially when paired with a stubby bumper. I got mine through infinite offroad.

I missed what year your Jeep is, but if you have a 2024 or newer, I'm pretty sure you have wireless capability built into the Uconnect system

Obviously these are all subjective opinions. For example, I would hate having hood struts, because our hoods fold all the way back to the windshield and a hood strut won't allow you to do that, unless you disconnect them.

CAI on a Wrangler? Absolutely not. They let in more dirt and debris. Stock filter is fine. I have a snorkel for even more protection.

My advice, spend some time looking through build threads, you'll learn a ton from what others have experienced. Mine is linked in my sig.

Spend time in the driver's seat and figure out what you dislike. Go slow, take a few months minimum to start building it all up.

Buy once, cry once. If you know that you want to run say 37s in the future, or you want a big lift, don't waste money on other parts that won't carry over.
