Could someone clear some confusion for me on how much room would a dealership have if they are already discounting from MSRP 44k to a sale price of 38k?

I have this one in mind but not sure what to offer? I also have a company discounted fca number.

Thanks in advance for your help.
I just started doing the math on this, then realized the linked Jeep has an MSRP of 48k. If you can get that for anywhere south of 40k I'd jump on it immediately.

2019 Unlimited Sahara with Premium Audio, Automatic, Safety, Cold Weather, Tow, and Premium Top?

If it's another Jeep, It's nice to be at 5% below invoice (not msrp) or below. Best deals are around 8% under invoice. Good Luck.

If MSRP is 44k and they are offering 38k. I highly doubt that they will go a penny lower. To be honest, my bet is that they won't even honor the 38K. Many dealerships advertise jeeps with every rebate and incentive possible which it is impossible to qualify for.
