With the number of 2018s still available, I am finding that seemingly identical cars have different base and option prices.

Here is one example:

Base price for this Sahara is 37,845; total with options and destination: 43,555.

Base price for this Sahara is 38,295; total with options and destination: 44,155.

I noticed that the price for one of the options (Freedom Top) is higher on the second car (1,195) versus the first one (1,095). Also, the destination charges are different: 1,445 on the first one and 1,495 on the second.

Did the prices change (one can only assume that they went up) mid-year during the 2018 production cycle? Does it seem like the first one would be an 'older' 2018 while the second somehow 'newer'. I am unable to check the manufacturing dates (both cars are at the different dealers; I am going only what's available on their websites).

Thanks!
