MPG and Range on the Ecodiesel

Mine was 27.5/28 then took a dive to 24 idk what changed it.

Winter blend vs summer? That should only impact it by 1 to 2% though.

New (heavy) gear? Roof rack / RTT / light bar? Moved to a lower / warmer climate? Driving more interstates? New tires or running at lower pressure?

Same here - just in the last 500 miles or so.
JLUR on stock 33” KO2s; 13,500 miles; mellow driving and minimal 4x4 time ( a few miles a day).
I’d love to have a fix or it- I’m heading on a 5000 mile cross county jaunt in a couple days and will see if that has an impact on it.

I did notice it seems to have more off idle power than it did before.

completely stock rubicon, Mostly hwy between 70-85 mph.

That's quite a drop. I assume that you've reconfigured the electronics for 40s, right?

Yeah, I recalibrated it with a tazer mini.

I got my MPG back! I think it was bad fuel.
Normally, I keep the top half of the tank filled up. The past 3 or 4 fills were all at the same location - Costco.
This time, I ran the tank nearly empty (18 miles left) and filled at another location. I instantly saw an increase - going from 22 mpg to 23 mpg in less than 50 miles. I'm now 1500 miles into a road trip, freeway and backroads (including some 4x4) and I'm getting as much as 27.8 mpg currently.
I never saw a decrease in performance or smooth running - just the quick MPG drop.
Just wanted to let you know - "Your mileage may vary".
