How much bump stop would you recommend to run 37’s stock? Would you have to use spacers if on stock wheel? Thinking of 37” ko2 on stock height.
I ran 37's with no lift for a while (jlRU). It would be fine for city driving. But, even with a RC 2.5" spacer lift, the rear tires rub the outside for the rear fenders when fully flexed (I have 1.5" wheel spacers and 37/12.5" tires, stock bump stop). If there was a fender kit that would remove the bottom half of the Rubicon fenders, add lighting, and increase clearance in the fenders, I'd be all over it.

You're a highly motivated individual. I would never have the patience for that. I was just looking at TTEchris' white JL with the fender liner removed. Your option would take weeks.

As you can tell, I don't have the patience to sand, tape and rattle can. It's much easier to complain on an internet forum .:like:

We started off with a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon in factory form.

Stage 1:
We installed a set of 37″ Maxxis Trepador’s on the JL without any lift and they fit! The Rubicon model’s front fenders are approximately 1″ higher then the standard JL. While the tires did fit and drove down some moderate trails I would definitely suggest some bump stops before you hit any real trails. Also we removed the factory front bumper as the tires would hit the valence when turning. You could cut this but we are designing new Motobilt bumpers so this problem will be solved. We used a set of 17″ steel wheels that had been converted to beadlocks using our DIY beadlock kit.

The 37″s Trepadors are awesome but we new from the beginning this Jeep JL had to have some 40″ Trepadors. We wanted to install a set of Raceline aluminum beadlock wheels, so we rounded up a set of 17×9.5’s and had them custom powder coated.

Next up was how to fit these massive meats. We installed a basic 2.5″ spacer lift kit to get by until some of our friends in the industry finish their more complete lift kits.

As you can tell the Motobilt Jeep JL grew up quite a bit but even with the 2.5″ lift and Rubicon flares it still needed some more room. We removed the inner liners on the front and rear fenders which includes the turn signal on the front fenders. This provided a lot more room and we plan on building parts to clean up all of this and re incorporate a set of turn signals.
The huge tires would not clear the factory bumper so it had to go

So we built a new front bumper for it called the Crusher

Now there is plenty of room for the 40's to clear up front.

The 2.5" spacer kit was the only available kit at the time so we are currently looking to install a full blown lift kit with control arms, springs, shocks and more very soon.

Can you post up the wheel specs? offset/backspacing is biggest interest with rub points. Thank you in advance

Is this kit really $259 per wheel? That seems crazy.

No body sells a lift kit per wheel.
The entire kit is $259.
We have changed out to the Rock Krawler 3.5" max travel kit since this post.

I was asking about the beadlock plates.

Well, at least you'll never have to worry about floods or water hazards. I have no doubt your entire Jeep would float like a boat on those pontoon tires!! :-p
