@DanW - most of the right ones are the ones on your list and put in here.
- Top of the World - most of the day and bouncy. Amazing view at end
- Seven mile rim - a few hours and close to town - very fun. You’ll test your horizontal inclinometer here and some fun sand running at the end.
- Hells revenge - close to town, a blast and 3 hours. Great view of the Colorado at the overlook. Follow the markings and nothing will go wrong.
- Fins ‘n Things - close to town, great to see your vertical inclinometer peak at 33. ~ 3 hours. Great warm up trail. Follow the markings - all is good!
- Poison Spider - great trail, great views

If it were me I’d do Fins & Hell’s in a day and back for a good dinner at a good hour (relaxing start of day too )

The next day I’d do Poison and Seven Mile Rim.

You are a Rubicon on 35’s with a Mopar 2” - right? You’ll do great on those.

Top of the world actually sucks the whole way....until the end....that photo is why everyone does that trail. Hurrah Pass and Chicken corners are excellent. Long Canyon is amazing. Schafer Switchbacks are also a must do. Spring Canyon Bottom is beautiful. Onion creek is not bad. There are a few more, but those are probably the top. White rim is amazing but you need 2-3 days to enjoy it.

I'm heading through Moab next week and this is a great thread. I got excited about Top of The World, but as I read reviews online, it sounds like it used to be rated Moderate, but now the landscape has been altered enough to be rated Difficult. It's hard to reconcile the two different camps that think either "it's an easy trail and you'll be fine" versus "that trail was way harder than advertised, I wouldn't try that without a lift and 35" tires".

Consistent with the OP, I'm looking for more scenic, and possibly even described as between beginner and moderate. Which trails do you think you should warm up on as a beginner in a stock Jeep? I think the OP initially said they want to take stock Jeeps through, but it looks like some great advice was aimed at the assumption of 35" tires and 2" lift...

Tentatively thinking about doing Chicken Corners the first day and Fins n Things the next day.

Early this year, I watched a TFLTruck YouTube video where they got to top of the world in a lifted JK on 35s .At the top they were amazed to find a Grand Cherokee trailhawk up there. Although he did suffer body damage, that says a lot.

Either way, you'll love fins! Maybe tip toe through hells revenge?

I think the back half of fins and things if rougher on the vehicle other than maybe the one water crossing on hells revenge. the front part of fins and things is just pure roller coaster fun. The back half of fins and things was more a kidney buster to me.

We are planning another trip out there as well. Latest I am thinking daughter's spring break in April. But who knows maybe I can swing it sooner.

Usually it is the week after, so hotel's are cheaper and less crowds.
Yes you can't beat that. It's still a blast to get it there during Jeep lovers week! I was hoping to get out there around labor day this year but I'm not sure if I could. 4 days off round trip from Chicagoland needs planning (and more vacation time).

For me it’s a long drive in a Jeep 10-12 hours and it’s nearky twice as long for you.

Most of the trail is no big deal....there are two obstacles that over the years have eroded and been dug out by tires to make things more difficult, and using the Moab trail book, it would be rated difficult. A stock rubicon with very careful tire placement should be able to make it, but I'd be cautious doing it alone.
