What about the light output of the new lights?? Anyone have before and after pics sitting in the driver seat looking on the road?
I thought they were decent... then i switched over to a "kong" style light and it blew the sealed 7's away.

Installed the morimoto super 7 Two weeks ago. The install went smoothly and the lights work fine, but we are experiencing some flicker when idling in cooler Phoenix temps and when stepping on the brakes. We are waiting to hear back from TRS, but in the meantime does anyone have any suggestions? According to the initial response from TRS we shouldn’t be getting any flicker.

Somebody who has put together this headlight, please could you show me photos of the projector unit inside the case.

I am building my own case for a projector retrofit and I want to see how much contact there is between the projector heatsink and the aluminium case, which acts as the larger heatsink.

Really appreciate any information, thanks!
