Mopar steel bumper fog cover

Any companies make some vanity plates for the Mopar steel bumper when you remove the sides? A piece that can attach to the back of the bumper that covers the rear of the fog lights?

I’m sure I can go grab some HDPE sheet and trim but wanted to check to see if anyone has seen something like this.

Did you ever end up making covers out of HDPE? I’d like to cover this are as well to keep the mud out to make it easier to clean and to keep the salt and ice out when driving on the salt and brine covered roads in Maryland.
