If anyone has the Mopar Steel Bumper and has some scratches that need repairs, then try applying some POR-15 Semi-Gloss Black to the scratches using these microbrushes sold at HobbyLobby.
As you can see, the POR-15 dries to the same color.
In the first picture, the scratch is not evident. When I contrast the image to really highlight the area, the scratch appears. To the naked eye, one can't see the scratch unless they try hard to find it.
Tip: you need very little on the brush, and at first, it will look shiny, but after 1-2 hours of drying, the POR-15 will blend with the color of the bumper, and ensure a tight rust-proof seal
