Mopar Snorkel--Anyone Have One? Question

Looking at the few photos of the JL Mopar snorkel that have been out there, it appears to me to allow for folding of the windshield. There appears to be enough space between it and the winshield frame for this, but I've only seen angles that seem to hint at it, but not really confirm it.

Are these out yet, and if so, does anyone have one? I'd also be curious about what kind of wind noise it would bring.
