Hello,

I am new to the Jeep family and I have been doing some research in what type, and how high I want to lift my Jeep. I’ve been reading some posts, and many are saying that the 2” mopar lift actually is more like a 3” lift when installed. Is that the same for the other brand of lift kits out there? So for example, if I purchased a 2.5” RC lift kit, will it actually be a 3” lift kit when it’s installed?

Welcome to the Jeep family and the forum.

It looks like you posted your first thread in the wrong area of the forum. This a member marketplace section for selling parts. However, your lift height assumptions are correct in most cases. The advertised lift height is normal in reference to the stock Rubicon suspension (1-1.5"+ Sport/Sahara)

It's best to ask this in the correct forum area and include the specific model/name number/link for the lift you are considering. Also the manufacturers website should be of help.
