I have a pretty good condition Rubicon steel bumper I’m looking to get rid of. No huge scratches a little bit of left over dirt from a trail ride (will be cleaned). comes with LED fog‘s and skid plate only thing missing is fog light harness. The tow hooks are not the original red they are black painted, not rattle canned, done by a professional. Located in the Atlanta area pick up only no shipping $650.

You can attach a winch to this right? The center panel opens up, right?

you would just need to buy a winch mounting plate but yes the center panel comes off and ready for winch.

yes all hardware included. You can transfer your harness it is pinned the same as a rubicon
