I know there are a few threads on this but this is a new issue.
I have had the Mopar lift since February 2019 on a 2018 JLUR.
The spring have always looked like they bow slightly. I noticed last weekend while hitting a trail that the left front spring is now rubbing on the bump stop and making noise.

I took the Jeep to Auto Nation Jeep Broadway Denver, who I have been to about six times for warranty work and they have not completely fixed any issue.
The dealer called me and said we have review all bulletins and the bowing is normal. Even the fact that it is now rubbing again the bump stop is NORMAL.
any advice is welcome.

I don’t know how they can tell you that with a straight face, lol, that’s not normal. Start out by getting yourself some rock krawler coil isolators and install them or have them installed. They’re like 30.00. Also have you checked to see if you axle is centered, it looks like you have the oem track bar?
I have OEM track bar.

Wow that looks terrible. My Mopar lift springs do have a slight bow but my bump stops are near centered within the spring. I’m using everything that came with the kit only.

I have had the Mopar lift since February 2019 on a 2018 JLUR.
So do you have the wood box that the lift came in to check build date? There was an issue with early versions of this lift and the spring isolators were replaced. Doubt one of those older kits were sold in February/19 but might be worth checking. 7707 2395 AB<< does it have the letters?

Could you show us pictures of the drivers side front spring? I second the measuring of each wheel to see how far it is off. It's pretty common for this lift to push the axle to the drivers side about 3/4 of an inch. I also second the RK spring isolators as they may be able straighten up that spring a bit but might not be able to straighten it all the way.... looks pretty far gone, which is why it should be fixed/replaced.

Was it at Auto Nation Jeep that you purchased the lift and had it installed? We all know that a slight bow is normal but not to the point where it is rubbing/touching metal. At this point it could be considered a safety issue and if you purchased it from them... they should back it. Telling you that is normal is BS and you should of nicely called them on it.

Have you attempted to contact anyone at Mopar about it? Maybe the dealer could assist with a Mopar GM's contact info. Send them the pictures and see if they say that is normal. I doubt they would want you riding around in something that looks like that... who knows, they might not give a sh*t but it sure doesn't look good for them.

Jeeps lots of jeeps
Do you have the kit that ends in AA, AB, or AC?

That is a ton of bow. Makes me think your axle is shifted as well.

I would highly recommend the service department at Autonation Jeep West in Golden. They’ve been great on service with both my Jeeps, and just installed the Mopar lift on my ‘18 Rubicon yesterday- did a fantastic job. Ask for service tech Ryan Shinn to work on your rig if possible- he’s awesome. Definitely doesn’t look like my springs...

There is an issue with every version of the mopar spring pads. There was no "Fix" put out by Mopar. The design of the spring perches is crappy and even though the revised perches that came out later may not cause the springs to bow at first, they are weak and will eventually begin to collapse causing the springs to bow. My FACTORY perches were partially collapsed on the outside driver side on my Jeep when we did my lift. There was no way I was putting the Mopar junk back on and I used the Rockrawler perches. Even after heavy wheeling, my springs are straight.

Springs look good. Did you have rotate the passenger side isolator so the spring seats towards the front instead of the rear?
The Rock Krawler pads are not side specific. The springs slide into the end tabs.

Quick follow up. My front axels was shifted at least 3/4” to the passenger side with the Mopar kit. I believe this would have been fixed with some type of track bar bracket or adjustable track bar included.
Either way the spring isolators both top and bottom are flawed.
Running with the bowed springs has caused a serious issue. The metal housing that the bump stops compress into have been sheered off on one side. I believe this part is welded to the body.
Sorry for the poor photos. Hard to reach.
