The thick and thin pads are for the rear springs, the thick one goes on passenger side to help counter the fuel tank weight on the gassers….. the fronts should both be the same thickness……the diesel doesn’t get the side specific spring pads due to having different weight distribution……
i don't get it, so why is RK telling me the front ones have a thick and thin for the front ?

I’m not sure, unless they started selling them for the front recently…. Irregardless, the diesel shouldn’t get side specific coil perches at all…..

I’ve put the Mopar lift kit, come with lower control arm to correct caster.. on my 21 Sahara, it looks like got more that 3”of lift.
Also replaced the track bar (adjustable)front n rear, offset was noticeable.
You’ll need an alignment, re- center steering wheel
BTW, did you take before and after measurements as far as the actual height ?

UPDATE : removed the RK front correction pads, and im 100% there are no markings as per the RK rep i spoke to a few days ago, installed the provided Mopar pads and now the springs are sitting correctly! A big waste of time for me , to install them, torque everything, then re- torque and then remove and torque it all again, because of someone's mistake. The pads that are marked left and right are for the rear only ! NOT for the front!!!

Mind boggling

removed RK pads and installed Mopar one’s and now both springs touching the frame

spring part numbers are on the correct side according to the manual. Triple checked and re checked. Mopar pads have a L and R
Upper spring pad nipples are in their correct position. Adjusted the track bar …..

Revered out of driveway today and heard a nice bang. … can’t drive it like this. I’m officially lost

Are you 100 percent sure you got diesel springs, those pics look like there’s to much weight on them, if it’s not an isolator issue and it’s not an axle centering issue, there’s really nothing else….. did you measure before and after from top of axle to lip of coil housing to see how much lift you got ? Got pic of Jeep from the side?

@Roky may be on to something.
If that is your spring numbers you don’t have a Diesel kit from what I can tell. It appears different on the attached sheet.

I think this is the Bilstein kit, and (unfortunately not super surprising) Mopar typo'd the kit P/Ns with the 4xe version in the instructions.

just called the dodge dealer in Glendale with my VIN # and i do have the correct lift kit , which ends with 99AH - 20-22 JLU Ecodiesel !

Does anyone have a photo with a measurement of how much you/they added to the front adjustable track bar? the threads to the jam nut ? with the same Mapar 2" lift kit ? as a reference ?

I removed the RK pads over the weekend , and installed the provided mopar ones for now and it got worse, im doubting if the driveway angle and lifting it there , caused anything ? but then again ... i don't know

Just throwing something out there, I don't know where the new instructions are.

The Mopar lower you posted says right, and the p/n matches the old right p/n.

The Mopar instructions show the coil termination positioned to the rear. Your picture shows it positioned to the front, 180 degrees off? Or is it upside down and I'm being dumb?

Wait, WTF.

The next page shows part N as Driver and Part M as Passenger. Both coil terminations forward.
