Well, I found the rattle. It was an upper, rear shock mount that was insufficiently torqued. I must have missed it when I retorqued everything after the weight was back on the tires.

It's all good now.

I also installed my "37" inch KO2's on Kansei Roku, 0 offset, 17x8 5" wheels. Lift & tires together produced about 2.5" in front & 2 7/8" in the rear. My KO2's are are about 35.25" loaded.

The ride on road is very similar to stock. No time to get it out on anything more interesting.

Pics as promised.

Stock spare until I can get a new tailgate reinforcement/spare mount. Looks a little hoky to me with the mismatched wheels, so that spare mount will come soon.

@Daniel4xerubicon Any chance you could post a picture of the page of the instructions with the part numbers?

I've got 35's on the factory tailgate (did have to install a spare tire relocation bracket to lift it off the bumper, added bonus the reverse sensors no longer "beep" because of the tire), and no issues with the hinges or tailgate so far. Saw this video and has me thinking about hitch stinger vs additional weight of tailgate hinge reinforcement, 37's and no tailgate issues for him:

Daniel do you have more pics of your Jeep? I have been debating between granite and sting and have preferred granite with the blue accents but yours looks amazing. Especially looking for with the black hardtop and black fenders. Thank you.
