I went with 35s at first with the Mopar lift and ended up selling them and getting 37s a month later. It’s closer to 3” of lift, so the 35s looked small to me. I’d say go bigger.

I apologize for the temporary thread hijack. The ARB bumper you have is on my very short list of bumpers to get. I’m just curious of why you changed it out. Thanks!

I do really like the ARB, but I wanted to try something with a little cleaner look underneath. I ditched the skid plate and I didn’t like the tusks that hang down so I cut them off. The cut off tusks were still visible with the ARB so I went with the EVO that slides over the cut off tusks. Honestly I could go either way now, but I like the minimal look EVO so I’m sticking with it. I’m selling the ARB and the Quadratec skid that fits it if you’re interested. I’m in Atlanta, so I don’t know if that’s a close enough drive for you to make it worth it.

ATL is a little too far and my Jeep hasn’t delivered yet. But thank you for the great feedback. I really appreciate it. 👍

37s. I 1st went with 35s with a Mopar lift and felt like the lift made 35s look too small (on a Rubicon Unlimited). I quickly changed to 37s and wish that I had skipped the 35s. I am still using the stock 4.10 gears. The 4.10 isn't perfect on large highway hills but works fine with the 8 speed auto and a light 37" wheel/tire combo. I will probably re-gear to 4.88 once my powertrain warranty is over at 60K miles.

I don’t have a Mopar lift but I will say that 35 look good but I see a lot of people that initially get 35 quickly jump to 37s. I personally have 37s and a 2.5in lift on a JLUR and I’m glad I didn’t go smaller.

Both look great but for me I think the 35s look better.

Yeah, I don’t think the 35s looked bad by any means, but they did seem out of proportion at certain angles. That picture doesn’t really show it, but dead on from the side it was more noticeable.

To me this is making 35s look small. This was my old TJ after I rolled it and had to replace the fenders

I have the Mopar lift and just switched to the BFG KO2 37's. They're a little shorter than most other 37's and felt it was a good compromise between the 35 and 37. It's basically a 36'' and only 6 ply C rated. I am amazed at how much better this thing rides with the 6 ply tires. I'm on the stock 4:10 gears and perfectly happy with it performance wise.
