I have been looking at Mopar JL Hood Lock 82215137.

I ordered from couple places so far and due to the part is on extended back order, they refunded my money shortly after I placed order.

Does anyone know a place has the hood lock in stock?

Also how is the lock going to work when the grill slot has mesh grill in it.

My dealer says now NOV 20 but since Jan every time it gets close to the date they just back t up a month. i had it on my JK and i really like it. lot better then the key latch on the hood. the factory hood latch is really nice and tight this time. i dont want to replace them especially with after market latch

I don't know if they'll ever make it seriously every time he gets close they extend the date 2 months out I mean it can't be that hard for them to make one with all the parts they make are they know they would sell bunch of them I'm surprising aftermarket ones not out yet if they had an after-market one that worked with your factory door key I would go and buyI would g. Batteries are very expensive for the JL and that's why people been stealing them they did the same thing with the JK

Maybe it's because all of them are needed for the Euro Models. Look at the middle grill. It's not a camera. Looks like a covered keyhole for a center locking hood.

Yes I got the lock on my UK Rubicon,...Manufactured in September.

No we don’t get the high line fenders but we do get the massive front bumper/bench/picnic table. You boys are just jealous
