General question, boughth the JLU front handles from mopar and love them. Not sure how tight to make them as they compress the plastic moulding on the frame. Don’t have a torque wrench, nor could I find one that is reasonable. Looks like when you pull the handles it slightly bends the screw. want to balance the tightness to not break the moulding nor shear the screw head.

Don't tighten them pass inch pounds, they screw into plastic so you will just ruin the plastic. Also no need to worry about shear the screw, they are actually pretty tough and with leverage over the roll bar you will be fine, unless you want to hang onto it like a gorilla.
