I’m pretty fond of that set up. Can’t go wrong. All quality products. Install was flawless. I still need to tension my winch line and I’m gonna do the warn low loop.Sooo @Brian0128 and @Halstem1 if I was going to do a nice winch build, would this be a good list:
Warn Zeon 10S
Mopar Winch Plate: PN# 82215182AC
Warn Fairlead Plate: PN# 101256
Factor55 Hawse Fairleads 1.0
Factor55 FlatLink E
FlatLink Rope Guard
Finish with Mopar Grill Guard (the low one)
Seems the Factor 55 fairlead fits just fine on it regardless, so worst case is the small gap between bumper and fairlead mounting plate at each end of the plate. In your photo, I don't see any gap between the mounting plate and the fairlead. Is that correct? Thanks. The curve is very minor.

You’re correct. The fairlead itself is perfectly flat against the adapter plate. The areas where it all bolts to the bumper is even flat. It’s on the outer edges past the bolt that the plate separates from the bumper. It’s honestly a non issue. Awesome setup. Works perfectly and looks amazing. Same set up -- tight fit but works fineI installed the Mopar AC kit on my 2020 Gladiator Rubicon steel bumper this last weekend. I also just skipped these steps, as I also assumed they were unnecessary modifications. The winch went on fine, although the Warn Zeon 10S is a snug fit and it does just barely touch the bottom of the grille surround. You should be ok! I’d be interested to hear other members stories Relating to this kit and/or see their “after” pics. Good luck!

Which of the four holes did you use to mount the WARN ZEON, there are four holes, I assume for offset and centered, I have the winch plate installed but have not attempted the winch just yet.My wife bought the Mopar 82215182AC on Black Friday for a great deal (229.99). Has anyone installed this winch plate? I was looking at the install instructions and in steps 12-20 it says to replace the OEM fog light bezel and 5mph bumper stops with larger pieces similar to the steel bumper unit showed at SEMA. I plan on skipping this step and wanted to know if anyone else has done that?

Hopefully someone who has done the install more recently would be able to tell you. The install was so long ago that I can't remember.Which of the four holes did you use to mount the WARN ZEON, there are four holes, I assume for offset and centered, I have the winch plate installed but have not attempted the winch just yet.

I assume the one that is farthest left as you look at the diagram in step 11. Thanks in advance.
