How do you like the lift? Ride quality? What shocks did you go with? What size tires are you running? Awesome looking Jeep. Thanks

Here is the wife's Mojito! with tinted windows including windshield strip. Windows are great; but I am tall enough that I look through the front strip, not under it. That gets a little annoying after sundown.

Now to find time to go pick them up and install them! Damn kids and their busy schedules.

patiently awaiting the result as I am wanting to do that too. Did you use the same color paint and if so how did you get it? Would a body shop be able to pull the paint code?

The Paint code is on the sticker in the door jamb. (Driver's side).
I just took a picture of that sticker and sent it to him.

That's a good looking jeep. What percent tint did you go with?

@buried20kleague these the same wheels you are installing? They look great! Btw...we are all still waiting on the rumored pictures!

Yep, those are the wheels... And you're right, you have been waiting for pics. So here they are!

First is me an my salesman... My 83 year old dad who shouldn't be doing this anymore. :headbang:

Then a handful of pics from my outing Friday. We took some country roads and two ferries to eat dinner at a winery on a bluff over looking the Missouri River. The unique pics I mentioned were from on the Ferries. The Jeep surrounded by water and so forth. They're cool, but didn't come out quite as cool as I thought they might. Anyway...

I'll split the pics up in two posts...

My Mojito! is getting closer.
Just posted this over on the waiting for 2.0 discussion

Just had good news from Andrew, the sales manager ar Woodgrove Jeep.

Good Morning,

I just got back from a week of summer holidays and I see that your Jeep is scheduled to leave the plant on Aug. 3. That's its birthday.

I hate to be "that guy"... But mine was scheduled to leave the plant on June 9th.

It said that all the way till it was actually delivered on July 16th.

Yeah... I gotta see what this ends up looking like.

My gray dash is screaming for a change. To this point I've been thinking about swapping with someone that has a red rubi one. I'm quite sure someone out there would do it.

But from the beginning I wondered what a body colored paint job would look like.

Reports of people checking out Mojito! JLs made me think of something... Nobody outside of my immediate household family even knows that I'm getting a JLUR . My parents don't know, my friends don't know, my workmates don't know. Does anybody else stay tight-lipped about things like this? Heck, about 15 years ago when my wife and I built a brand new home on the Florida coast nobody knew but the two of us, and that was a two-year build.

Edit... all of you folks know. Lol.

Anyone around me that was within earshot was likely aware of my pain during the whole process. I regret nothing.

And then one from this morning, after I got my ROAM side steps on it this weekend...

Solid! Like those steps too. I still haven’t ordered...living vicariously (but much more affordably) thru ya’ll!
