WOW.that.SUCKS!! First Mojito casualty and it was due to a tree...wow...I suppose the tree really liked this particular color of green too! Glad everyone is ok!

Hopefully your replacement (I assume another Mojito?) will quickly arrive. My car was totalled by an asshole running a red light back in January and have been waiting ever since for my Mojito Jeep.

cryptostickers just found my sticker and I contacted Jeep Chat and they said I'm on KZ. For those that already receive your Mojitos how long did it take to receive it once you hit KZ?
Been in KZ since the 7th...still hasn't shipped

I'm just sayin'... If this poor ba$tard gets his SECOND Mojito before I get mine, I'm gonna drive to Toledo and beat the tar outta SOMEONE.

Most here know of my pain... Ordered day one, and still in D1... Been there for 6 weeks, but Jeep chat told me two days ago it was only two days (meaning I keep bouncing from D1 to D and back again, so nobody will look any further into it).

I figured I'd let people know that I sent a private message to @JeepCares on here, and Jasmine replied that she's going to look into it and has reached out to someone, but obviously not to expect any specific outcome from it.

But I wanted to give her a little credit here for at least trying to help. It's more than anyone has done to this point. It's appreciated.
When my dealer said that they couldn't remove the TRMS from my order, "Nicole" from that JL Email did look into and it was removed (as well as changing my tire option to OWL at the 11th hour). I've had no issues with JeepChat. If you keep your expectations in check on what they have the ability to do, they're fine.

Jeep Chat and Jeep Cares are two VERY different animals. This is the first time I reached out to Jeep Cares about my issue. We'll see.
