@Campdaddy Do what you want. A lot of Jeeps look stupid when modded, whether it's Angry grilles, Grumpers or 22"rims. Some look good. A lot of Jeeps look stupid when people cut their fenders or put on a bumper they think looks cool but actually isn't. Modding for your taste is all that matters. F everybody else.

I’d add “to me” to the end of your statements. Let the kid do what he wants. I get shit all the time about having a clean Jeep because it’s “supposed to get dirty”. My parents taught me to clean up after myself when I’m done and that extends to all areas of my life.

Nothing sheep about having good taste. The sheep mentality is the idea that you can be different by adding some Chinese plastic to the front of your Jeep. Just like every other idiot who buys the mass produced garbage.

Not gonna lie, I would rock the he'll out of this.

So now I have an issue. The grill doesn't seal around the headlights tightly and I'm not sure how big a problem that is for weather?? No matter how I pushed on the grill it wouldn't get anywhere near sealing around the headlights

There's no issues there other than having visible gaps, water running into that area is not going to be a problem as the headlights and connections are water tight when working as designed.

Taste is very subjective. Some people might think having an orange vehicle shows you have no taste. I'm not a fan of these grilles but to say your taste is better than someone else's is silly.
