Moab in February

Heading to Moab middle of February for a couple weeks. Looking at weather averages, highs in the 40-50s. Hardly any precipitation. Anyone else been in February? Probably stay off the high elevation trails. And hopefully town will be dead. Thanks

I’m in Moab right now. Most of all the slick rock trails are closed or too snow covered to safely try. Mid February should warm up a bit, and it won’t be as crazy as far as crowds go. I’d definitely keep an eye on the weather as we’ve had a crazy year (weather wise) in Utah so far. Very little snow, well below average. I think there’s more snow down here than in Park City where I live.
