Since the stock tires are so loud, I'm going w/Ridge Grapplers. Are 315/70/17 the widest I can go with the stock rim? Def putting spacers to push the tires out a bit, did that on my Sahara and loved the stance. I'm driving on roads 90% of the time, with 10% sand.

Aren't those too wide? I was looking at those too but specs say wheel width 8-11 inches, but the stock Moab wheels are only 7.5 inches.

You can fit 12.5" tires on 7.5 wheels just fine, you just get "bulgier" sidewalls, everyone has been doing that since the beginning of.. who knows..?

Do you know what affect the wide tire narrow wheel has on handling ride and tire life? Thanks!
