Debating if I should order now or wait.
Three Questions:
- Do you think there will be a 2020 MOAB edition?
- When do you think they will start taking orders and deliveries for 2020’s
- What new options will they offer / Feature on the 2020 MOAB?

Typically Jeep runs SE’s for 2 MY’s. The Moab came out at the very end of the 2018 MY, so not sure what that means. I would say it’s 50/50.

Last year they quit taking orders on 2018’s around Labor Day and started taking orders on 19s in mid-Sept. production of the 2019s began Nov 1, with delivery in December. I would expect next year will be the same.

Interesting q about new options. I actually don’t expect many. May see some current options made standard on Wranglers. But the Moab already comes fairly loaded. I wouldn’t expect many changes at all.

If it meets your needs in terms of options, I’d say go for it. If it helps, notice that the 18 & 19 Moab’s were identical. The only difference was that 19s had the option of adding ACC for $900, but most of the Moab’s I’ve seen are not including this option.

One more note. The Mojito color is being decommissioned at some point during the 2019 MY, and will likely just disappear overnight without warning. So if that happens to be your color preference, I would move quickly. All other colors will be available for the remainder of the year.

You can't go by invoice prices, invoice prices are an artificial thing put in the minds of consumers to make you feel like you got a good deal. High volume Jeep Dealers cost for a vehicle can be way below MSRP and invoice numbers based on the volume incentive they get from FCA. I paid $10K below MSRP for my 2018 Moab, the same dealer in my area has 2019 Moabs on the lot with internet prices $7K - $8K below MSRP
What dealers are doing this?? I live in Hawaii and it would be more cost effective for me to buy from the mainland, then fly out and drive the Jeep to a port to ship back here. They’re asking 15% OVER MSRP here!!

I have been enjoying my 2019 Moab for a month now. Got new rims and KO2s. Also got the front windows tinted.

Waiting for the Warn Grill Guard to come and install some lights. Here are a couple of pictures.

I've had mine for a month (also black) and really enjoy the drive. Had it ceramic coated, had front doors tinted and was able to get dealer to mount Rubicon sized KO2's prior to delivery. What size KO2's did you install?

For those looking to air down, I’m still running stock KM2’s. They did ok for me in the winter. I recommend airing down to 34-35. It did not affect my fuel economy to any noticeable degree. It’s a big difference on the highway in terms of straight line tracking and avoiding wind-induced wandering. The key for me was to set it low enough when cold so that they don’t heat up to 40 once they warm up. I just got my first oil change and they aired them back up to 38. I noticed the difference as soon as I got it back.

Got my Moab about a month ago. Been obsessed with it.
Ceramic coated her 2 weeks ago then took her off road last weekend.
