missing rear wheel well piece??

Wondering if anyone else has this on their 2018 JLU. I was washing it today and noticed there seems to be a missing plastic piece in the rear passenger wheel well. There seems to be an area to fasten a plastic shroud or covering. The drivers side rear wheel well has a shroud or covering in that area. I have attached pix. I have a 2018 JLU Base Sport if that would matter.

Catch 22. Install it because it was supposed to be there and you'll find out how difficult it is to get the dirt off the inside of the rear bumper.

Yeah you are definately missing that piece. I only know because I just took mine off yesterday while installing new shocks and put them back on.
