Missing rear view camera!

Hi all I recently installed a Quadratec v12 adapter

upon completing my dash installation, I’m missing a bunch of icons on my dash unit, as well as missing rear view camera. I had to disconnect the negative terminal, what did I do wrong! For example see screenshot, I’m missing settings on my advance safety group, missing camera icon.

Same issue is happening to us, we used the Rough Country calibrator, did it fix itself while the Jeep was off or running??
