Can anyone tell me how long it should take Chad to get back with me? I emailed Chad on Tuesday and have tried to call and confirm that he did receive it with no response. Is this normal?

I text him every week or two to check on my status and he gets back the same day within a few hours, might have taken a long weekend.

Flew down to TN yesterday morning to pick the Jeep up. Chad hooked me and the wife up with a ride to the dealership and had the Jeep ready to go when I arrived!! Can’t say enough how awesome Chad made the experience! Thanks again @ChadRivas for everything! The 16 hour ride home was great!!

Chad said on Thursday there was a 10/26/22 date for production in his system.. I sure hope it's not a big delay because I just sold my Explorer in hopes getting it in the next 4 weeks...
