Ugh. I was SACumcized at Plattsburgh AFB (also 8th AF). I hated SAC and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I spent 15 months living on Osan AB before my current assignment at Camp Atterbury. But I am Air Defense so operationally we normally are headquartered in close proximity to the AF. Not that I am complaining

funny thing; Jim and I were the same career field, even stationed at the same base at the same time at one point during our careers and we never met each other. but we know a lot of the same people!
