Looking for some help!!!! PLEASE!!

I ordered 37x12.5R17 Milestar Patagonia M/T and Method M105 Beadlocks.

My local 4x4/Jeep shop has worked on mounting the tires to the wheel for about a week now. They called Method and the specs are spot on with no defects. The tire shop is stating that the inside diameter of the Milestars are smaller than other tires(KM3 or Trail Grapplers that they have at the shop). They are not able to seat the tire on the wheel, you can see where they do not seat completely. they have tried everything to get them to fit and they have has no luck. does anyone have a suggestion?? I would rather change wheels instead of tires!

can any one help??

I think @Krondor has Milestar Patagonias on Method rims. Not sure if his are beadlock though
Sorry, I have the Method MR701's which isn't a beadlock.

I've seen plenty of Patagonias running on beadlocks and this is the first I've heard of any fitment issues.

@Tech Tim would probably be your best chance at a solid answer. I believe they have rigs on bead locks and Milestars.

I am having this exact same issue right now. Major issues getting the patagonias to sit on the outer bead. I managed to get one to go on last night and got the ring torqued but for the life of me I cant get the next one to go on now.

Yeah, I got the second one to go down this morning. Takes a quite a few flathead screwdrivers, lots o soap, rubber mallet and patience. Hopefully I can get the rest on tonight and keep the build on for this weekend.

A second set of hands is also required...

Yes, we run the Milestars on beadlocks and the tire bead is tight! Which is good and bad.

Bad, because they can be a PITA to get seated.

Good, because it means the inner bead will hold tighter.

@WandererJL has it right! Lot's of soap, BIG rubber mallet and a second set of hand will help get them seated.

It's a PITA, but we would rather have tight than loose, I mean who wouldn't....

Thanks everyone! Just dropped them off to another shop. They said no problem and they'll be done in the morning.... we'll see. If not I'll give it a go myself.

Good luck with the new shop. I got all of mine seated tonight. They are certainly tight but not impossible to make work.

Where did you order from originally? I'd be annoyed if they sent the wrong wheels.

DOH!!!
At least they didn't fight to get them on then have to dismount them all and do it all over again. Think you're at the right shop now :)
