Midwest Discovery Route (MDR) to MOORE Expo Trip

Took last week off with my sons and two good friends to run the MDR starting outside of St Louis, MO and ending in Springfield, MO for MOORE Expo. Trail was ~300 miles and light - mostly gravel, packed dirt, roads - but scenic.
It's just great to get outside with friends and family and test out rigs and new gear.

I think it is awesome that the kids are playing chess. So few kids do these days. The dog is obviously thinking 8 moves ahead.....Look... there is a squirrel........

I think it is funny that the kid wearing black sunglasses is playing white. Strategy?

I always enjoyed scaring the living shit out of the kids, my how the tables have turned-They grew up with a vedetta to get even. I keep telling them "You cant scare me". Truth is yeah they do.
