Looking for insight into these Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT 35x12.50r17 Load Range D. I put these tires on last week and they replaced a set of Nitto Trail Grappler MT 315/70r17. I also had my alignment checked about two weeks ago and everything was great. Both front and rear track bars have the axles centered, all 8 control arms are also good. I did a chalk test on the Baja Boss MTs and am running them right at 25psi. The very first drive I noticed that they were pulling to the right, not aggressively, but definitely not slowly. Just a good gradual pull. I know some tires can do this so I did a full (four tires, not all five) tire rotation and no change. I then swapped sides on the two front tires, no change. So, my questions are whether anyone else had to go through this with these tires? Should I just give them time to break in? What tires pressures are you running if yours isn’t pulling? I’m deciding on whether to try and bump them up to 30 or 32 in the morning to test them out again and try to rule that out, but in the meantime I figured I’d come here and seek some input. Thanks everyone.

I have that same tire on my jlur and mine track arrow straight. I can take my hands off the wheel and it goes straight down the road...I run ~30psi cold. literally one finger steering at 75mph. I have around 3000 miles on them and getting ready to rotate altho the wear is perfect on all tires and no noticeable wear yet.

Just put on the same tire but 37s. Still at 30 psi. No drifting or pulling to either side unless I’m on a two lane road with a very pronounced crown in the center of the two lanes. They behave similarly to the OEM 35lā€ BFG ATs I took off.

There are a few tires like Toyo Open Country M/T where the tread pattern seems to induce a slight pull to the right on some vehicles, but people don't report this for the Baja Boss. Your pressure seems good. I would call Mickey Thompson and ask a tech what they suggest.

I’ve had these in 37ā€ for about 30k miles on my EcoDiesel and keep them at 27psi with no pulling.

Do you know how much caster you have?

I am running the Mickey Bajas 315-70-17 Load Range E on Method 106 Beadlocks on my 23 Wrangler Rubi Dr with 35 PSI as recommended by Mickey Thompson based on my weight and other factors. I am running 6.7 degrees of caster and I have a complete Metalcloak adjustable Bars and arms, and Baller Joints setup with Clayton Dualrate Springs and special valved Fox Elite 2.5 External Reservoir Adjustable shocks and Fox 2.0 bump stops and the Fox Steering Stabilzer and I do not have any steering issues.

My tread wear is great and I do not have any concerns. I will definitely replace these tires with Mickeys again and I even thought about going to 37s, but more than likely I will stay with the 35s and keep my factory 4.10s because I am not having any issues on the trail with my setup. It does great over the Arizona rocks.

My vehicle handles very well and the ride is very compliant on the road and the trail. I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

i had those tires in that same size when i ran 35s, ran them ~35 PSI and had no problems with them.

not sure what rotation pattern you used, but if you've already played with rotating the tires around to where everything has been on the opposite side and still have the same symptom, it sounds like you've proven the tires are not the problem. you could try swapping the rears now and verify.
