Well looks like I won't be using these anytime soon. My intention was to use them for actual rock crawling trips, b/c of COVID-19 that's not happening....also I happen to be a REAL frontline COVID-19 worker in the hospital and I work 84hr weeks, and watch my kids when off so it's for sure not happening. Anyways these are up for sale. Lightly used. Truly 1500 miles and that's an over-estimate. My log book is estimating likely 1200'ish miles total on this setup.
These are the real deal MR106 beadlock wheels that I bought from discount tire, they have lifetime balance obviously they did NOT mount them, I had friend help me and I learned, and they balanced them. They hold air 100% and were installed properly using waya-life and method's directions. They DO have beadlock ring spacers which are required for Cooper STT pros which have thicker beads.
Forgot to mention the TPMS oem sensors installed but the driver rear won’t reliably pick it up Bc of the offset and thickness of the tire wheel. I confirmed this by swapping sides and the tpms works fine it’s the reader on my Jeep on the driver rear that won’t pick it up.
The outer wheels and beadlock rings have NO damage that I can see. The inner wheels have random scratches on 3 of them, that are from discount tire balancing them. I didn't pitch a fit b/c really who cares... they are inside and most of them don't leave too bad surface scratches. There are some that are deeper please see pics. The spare obviously has NOT been used at all but sat on the tire carrier.
The discount tire certificates means you can bash the crap out of the tires, gauge them behind repair, and they have to replace the tire.
Brand new cost breakdown
MR106 wheels $477.79 (most retailers do 15% off this price) =$406 x 5 = $2030 (PLUS TAX)
Cooper STT PRO 37x12.5r17 $367 per tire x 5 = $1835 (PLUS TAX)
FOUR discount tire certificates which were bought 8/31/2019 (will show only serious individuals) so they have more than 2 years left, no matter what happens they will fix OR REPLACE the tires. These were $42 a piece. For obvious reason I only bought 4, b/c the DTD rep told me they don't know which ones you buy them for. So additional $168
Beadlock ring spacers $38.50 per set x 5 = $192
Balancing $100
If you pay someone to mount the bead locks it's $60 x 5= $300 (I wish I did)
Grand total DISCOUNTED from retailers $4325 (not including cost to mount) after 8.3% sales tax $4683!
Will sell for $3500–> $3300 --> $3200 for all 5 wheels and tires, face to face Reno, NV or willing to meet in Sacramento, CA for serious Bay Area individuals (or Tahoe b/c alot of you go there...rubicon!), obviously I'm not shipping. I already know people are going to ask so for now there will not be any separating....I need a buyer for the tires first. Take a trip to beautiful Lake Tahoe!
If you want a video I took of all the wheels please PM for texting of them and all the pics. I don’t hide anything there is no tire or wheel damage that I see that I did not disclose above, and I inspected all of the tires and wheels.
NO TRADES, I'll list them on eBay in a week and let them sit like I did the OEM wheels and tire at the price I need, I'm in no rush and not hurting for money.
