It looks like it being too short is what's shifting my axle to the drivers side. It's way over there. I feel like I need to lengthen it

Whoops, you are correct. It attaches to drivers side frame, so lengthen it to push it away.

Don't go crazy until you get it on the ground! With the axle hanging like that it will be way off center.

As mentioned if you have a 34-3/8 plus or minus 1/16 got me super close and will get you super close to centered with 2.5-3.5 I. Lift. Also as mentioned the axle will be significantly shifted to driver when it is hanging. get the weight of the Jeep on the springs and see where it measure s put and go from there. I personally re-attached the lower brake line bracket

I finished my install a couple of weeks ago. I recommend not putting the adjustable end of the track bar in until you have weight on your wheels. You will need to push the front end back and forth a few times until the axle settles to where it needs to. You can then adjust the bar and reinstall the bolt.
