Hi, Paul here. Just got a 2020 Jeep Unlimited Willys Edition and Luv it! Made the mistake of getting rid of my 2018 JL Rubicon. Didn’t take long to realize how happy I was with the Rubi. Instead of getting another Rubicon I went with the Willys because I wanted a shift on the fly transfer case. Never used the lockers or the sway bar disconnect on the trails in Colorado. I do plan on swapping out the 3.45s for 4.11s Yukon or 4.56s from Spicer. Going back to a 33’”tire and possibly a 2.5”Lift

I've been a stalker on this forum for a bit and figured it was time to make an introduction.
Kyle from Chapel Hill. Not my first Jeep but it's been a while.
'20 Black JLU Altitude Edition. So far, modifications include:
33" Patagonia Tires, 1.75" Wheel Spacers, 20% tint, Ceramic Coating (best investment ever), Ace Rails, Kicker Speakers, Bestop Rubber Mats, 13' Antenna, Smoke LED Taillights, Smoke Marker Lights. More to come.

Hi There,
New to the Jeep world, but I've been in the off-road world for years. Wheeled Suzuki's for the last 5 years, and finally decided that business was going good enough to buy something new that I don't have to work on all the time, so I bought a 2020 JLUR in Bikini Pearl, 3.6 Automatic.

Absolutely loving it, and have already put 2,000 miles on it in the month that I've owned it. List of modifications is very short right now, but the plan is metalcloak game changer 3.5" and 40's. Plan on trussing and running RCV's until the time comes that I'm forced to go tons.

These are the 2 rigs that I've built and wheeled for the past 10 years:

And here's the new Jeep!

So far the mod list is very simple:
15% Llumar CTX ceramic window tint on front 2 doors.
Llumar AIR series on windshield (clear, but 99% uv blockage, and 80% heat rejection)
Bolt on front bumper end caps removed
3M clear bra on exposed door hinges
Tempered Glass screen protector.

Super boring so far, but I've had it less than a month.. haha

Looking forward to seeing everyone's builds and finding out for myself just what this thing can do!

-Ben

New here. So far love the new 2020 JLUR. just got it a few days ago.

I have the thrum noise at highway speeds so I was trying to check into that thread, but can’t yet. What’s the criteria for being able to do so?

Anyway, don’t plan to mod it very much, but already have the $20 shorty antenna “mod”

Hello all! Another Nubi checking in. Taking delivery of our 2020 Rubicon Recon on Saturday. My wife has wanted one like there's no tomorrow, so, I figure, why not? I get the feeling I have a lot to learn. Please forgive me if I ask stupid questions.

In all of its unwashed at the dealership, still got the papers on the window Glory. Apparently, the Recon is the jeep that everyone loves to hate. I don't personally understand why.

Hi Jake and congrats on your new Jeep. Don’t be embarrassed to ask “stupid” questions. We were all new Jeepers once. You’d be surprised at how many gadgets, buttons and switches you won’t be sure of. Heck I couldn’t even lower the soft top without help. The good news is this forum is chock full of very smart and good people. It’s a great community from the moderators to the new folks like yourself.

I don't think so - its a Rubicon! I'm envious - that thing is beautiful!! Enjoy it!
